Medical Description
Deriphyllin tablet is an anti-asthmatic medicine used to manage asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and bronchitis. It contains a combination of etofylline and theophylline as active substances. Deriphyllin tablet work by helping the smooth muscles of the airways relax, making breathing easier. It also decreases the swelling in the lungs and relieves the feeling of tightness in the chest.
Agrophyllin tablets also have a combination of etofylline and theophylline as active substances. Take this medicine in the exact dose and duration your doctor directs. Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water. Do not take more than the prescribed dose. Do not stop taking this medicine on your own.
Do not take Deriphyllin tablet if you are allergic to its components. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical history. Also, inform about all other medicines and supplements you take. Not recommended for use in children below 6 years of age.
